By Zurich North America highlights strategic priorities with key hire
Zurich North America has announced the appointment of Neeren Chauhan as head of strategy, innovation and business development. Chauhan (pictured above) will step into the role Monday, reporting to Zurich North America CEO Kristof Terryn.
“The North America leadership team and I look forward to working closely with Neeren to ensure we deliver on our strategic priorities,” Terryn said. “We’ll work together to identify and bring to life forward-thinking opportunities that will help our customers and interesting opportunities to further develop the business.”

Chauhan has more than 20 years of global leadership experience across Asia, Europe and North America. Before joining Zurich, he served as vice president for distribution transformation and market share growth at Allstate Insurance Company. He has also held roles at KPMG and McKinsey & Company.
Chauhan will be based at Zurich’s North American headquarters in Schaumburg, Ill.
