In recent years, the industry has seen a growth in the teams model, which even a pandemic couldn’t slow down. As Jim Dalrymple II wrote in this Inman Handbook on building teams in a new world, “Agents, observers and experts have all said that despite the chaos of this strange period, teams are actually more important than ever.”
But how is the team experience different in a post-COVID environment? More specifically, what are the main big challenges that team members face right now as we come out of the COVID (but still struggle with a pandemic-induced, heated seller’s market)?
