Hub bolsters Mississippi presence with new acquisition

Global insurance brokerage Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired the assets of Dean Massey Insurance. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Massey Insurance is an independently owned firm with legacy operations in Memphis, Tenn., and Oxford, Miss. It provides insurance and risk management services with a focus on industries including construction, hospitality, and oil and gas. The acquisition supports Hub’s specialty practices by complementing and strengthening its existing capabilities. It also adds to Hub’s presence in northern Mississippi.
