Chubb makes two leadership appointments

Parmar and Crosby will report to Konz and Timothy O’Donnell, vice president of Chubb Group and division president, commercial property and casualty, overseas general insurance.

Parmar, who previously served as senior reinsurance officer for Chubb European Group, will continue to be based in London. His responsibilities will include managing and executing the purchase of property, casualty, financial lines, marine, specialty, and aviation treaties across COG. Parmar has more than 17 years of experience managing ceded reinsurance buyers. Prior to joining Chubb, Parmar held positions at Montpelier Re and Guy Carpenter.

Crosby, also based in London, previously served as reinsurance officer at Chubb. In his new role, he will manage and executing the purchase of financial lines, energy, political risk and other COG reinsurance placements. Prior to joining the ceded reinsurance team, Crosby held various actuarial roles at Chubb. He has more than 15 years of experience managing ceded reinsurance buyers.
