The sale of the insurance services division does not affect Breckenridge IS, Inc.’s other businesses in financial and member services, which will continue to operate independently under the following brands: OSC Insurance Services, Southeastern Underwriters, Target Markets Program Administrators Association, and Insurance Networks Alliance.
