By Alera Group scoops up Oregon benefits agency
Alera Group has announced the acquisition of Oregon-based CSNW Benefits. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Portland, OR, CSNW Benefits serves clients throughout the Northwest and provides employee benefits and retirement services plans. The firm serves a variety of industries, with special expertise in manufacturing and non-profits.
